Ordering & Shipping

Orders are processed within 24 hours, with standard shipping taking 3–5 business days after that. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships, though delivery times may vary by location.


Final Sale Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final, and we can’t accept returns or exchanges once an order ships. Contact us at support@moibon.com if you have questions before placing your order.


Order Changes & Cancellations

To modify or cancel your order, email support@moibon.com within 4 hours. We can’t make changes once your order has been shipped.


If Something’s Not Right

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your order number, a description, and photos, and we’ll help resolve it quickly.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Check your shipping details before finalizing your order. If you spot an error within 4 hours, we’ll update it if the order hasn’t shipped. After shipping, we can’t change the address, and any return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.


Lost or Delayed Packages

For damaged, delayed, or lost packages, contact us within 8 days for damages or 30 days for delays. We’ll issue a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference.
